We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Business Development Manager to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase hospital visibility and patient intake.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the healthcare sector.
Foster relationships with community organizations, businesses, and healthcare providers to build partnerships and referral networks.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
Oversee the production of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
Organize and participate in events, health fairs, and community outreach programs.
Develop and execute business development plans to expand the hospital’s services and patient base.
Analyze marketing and business development performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with the hospital management team to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Train and supervise the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve the hospital’s market position.
Prepare regular reports on marketing and business development activities and outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.
Work closely with the customer service team to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A  master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a hospital setting is a must.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
