Location: Techsavanna Company, Nairobi
Role purpose: The role is responsible for planning and consolidating geo-marketing data, performing analysis, and frame marketing efforts using digital mapping to organize and display data for review and decision-making for Safaricom Home new rollout plan for both FTTH and WTTH
Roles
Strategic:
Work with Technology & Regional Sales Home planning teams to identify, plot and prioritize new Homes and areas for FTTH and WTTH rollout
Build geo-marketing ROI analytics models and update on a regular basis to utilize real time data from field
Develop, review and sign off business cases of any new Home roll out or upgrade, to enhance return on investment (ROI)
Develop Estate and Customer profiles and identify target segments for marketing campaigns based on geographic information analysis
Ensure that all stakeholders provide up-to-date efficient input to ensure geo-marketing database is prepared for analysis
Provide quality assurance for market research study and provide improvement recommendations
Provide input for the development of high resolution geographic and digital maps for references
Keeping Accurate Up-to date Estate and Home Database Documentation and process improvements
Operational
Conduct accurate site surveys and implementation plans that ensures timely implementation
Schedule and supervise field visits to ensure high priority locations are visited to review data input to models and accuracy of information
Develop ROI business case for new rollout according to accurate data.
Conduct periodic meetings with Real estate developers and other stakeholder (county governments) to collate requirements and identify new opportunities for Home roll out

Job Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, business management or related field
3 year’s working experience in a busy Telecommunications environment –Involved in Planning, Design and Deployment of Fixed infrastructure
In-depth understanding of Fixed infrastructure deployment life cycle
Knowledge in transport/data communication planning design and optimization tools including GIS Tools such as Map-info, ArcGIS
Key performance indicators:
Acquire quality homes that will deliver over 60% penetration in 6 months
Timely approval of homes, Business case, Designs for Fiber to Home and fixed wireless
Accuracy of Geo information and database
Timely identification and mitigation of all potential Bottlenecks to guarantee estate acquisition.
New enhanced features to be implemented as per the roadmap to continuously improve collection of Geo marketing data
Acquisition of set target of real estate under development for home roll out
