To ensure production of highest quality products at minimum cost and product availability
He/she should manage line(s) operatives and efficiencies
To conduct performance reviews and co-ordinate continuous improvement initiatives on the Line(s)
To develop, motivate, communicate and discipline personnel in the team
Drive TPM requirements and high GMP
Generate reports as required.

Skills, Experience & Education for the Team Leader Job
Bachelor’s Degree in B.Sc. Food Science & Technology or Mechanical Engineering and with exposure to Food Quality Management Systems. He or She should demonstrate strong decision-making skills. Outstanding planning, organizing and controlling skills. ISO systems understanding & a passion on Continuous Improvement Excellent interpersonal and Team Leadership skills, Consumer and customer focus. 2 years experience in an FMCG set up. Willing to work in a shift arrangement set up
