Responsibilities for the Manufacturing & Maintenance Technician Job
Manage and have overall responsibility for maintenance on production tools, equipment and infrastructure
Conduct jigs and fixtures, maintenance and storage
Responsible for ensuring the production line tools, equipment and infrastructure are functioning well including managing a maintenance plan and maintaining an appropriate level of spares
Providing training and leadership to ensure mechanical assistant(s) have guidance and ability to conduct maintenance on production tools, equipment and infrastructure
Provide training to line operators as needed
Ensure a safe and organized shop workspace
Always act as a positive representative of the company and consider environmental implications in the factor
Requirements for the Manufacturing and Maintenance Technician Job
Mechanical Background. Technician for at least 3 Years
Experience with Sheet Metal work machines including Jigs and Fixture, spot welders
A good communicator
A team player
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
