Managing Director

Main missions# Business Development :- Define the Business Development Strategy and Sales Strategy of the Company: business segments to be addressed, prospects to target, existing accounts follow-up and development actions, local competition analysis.- Organize, define and manage the Sales team needed for this task. The day to day management of this Sales team may be made by him or by a Sales Responsible, depending on the size of the Company’s business.# Operations :- Define the Operations teams necessary for the Company’s contracts performance and establish the reporting scheme of those teams in order to check that the Contracts performance are being in line with the Company’s obligations and with the turn-over and margin forecasts.- Inform the Headquarter about the Support needed by the Company from the Headquarter in terms of logistic, technical or project management support.# Finance :- Being responsible for the Company targets achievement: Margin, Working Capital, Turn Over, Receivable payments, expenses control.- Liaise with the Headquarter (NIS Department and Finance Department) for the monitoring of the above key indicators. He will participate in the monthly Business Review with NIS Department.- Send to HQ, on each month beginning, the monthly turn over forecasts and make sure that the local accountant follows the rules required by the HQ (reporting format, reporting dates, analytic accounting rules, accounting format and rules…).- Propose and discuss with the Headquarter the Company’s yearly budget.# Human Ressources :- Liaise with Headquarter and local legal cabinet in order to make sure that all local rules are fulfilled.- Follow Sagemcom Group rules for hiring, contracts, salary policy…  He will liaise with Headquarter Human Ressources Department for this purpose.- Define and hire the Human Ressources needed by the Company, taking into account the targets, the expenses constraints and Sagemcom Group policy.# Administrative :- Liaise with the local administration and the Headquarter relevant services to make sure that the Company fulfills the local obligations such as on-time tax declarations and payments.- Put in place the local HSE policy, in liaison with Headquarter.
Desired Skills and Experience
– Engineering degree with a specialty in Telecommunications or energy.- At least 10 years of experience in a Sales position or Managing Director in Telecommunications or Energy field.- Past experience as Project Manager in telecom infrastructure sector (optical fiber networks, radio building sites…) would be a plus.- Strong knowledge of the local telecommunications market and/or energy and its players.- Strong skills in finance to follow the P&L.- Leadership and ability to manage teams.
