Manager, Regional Support Divison (Part-Time Voluntary)

Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Director, Department of Global Support, the Regional Support Division provide management and technical support to IYF regional teams, ensuring quality of implementation of the regional activities inline with the programme and operational priorities. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

Enhancing effective regional performance oversight by supporting the Regional Director in planning the regional workplan in the designated Regional Administration. 
Providing technical advice and recommendations to regional team for improved positioning in programme management, operations, outreach and strategic partnerships in collaboration with Central HQ departments.
Support reviewing and appraising Country Teams and regional evaluations in order to aggregate results and performance issues at regional level and offering substantive recommendations for future programming and strategic decisions. 
Enhancing effective representation and coordination by support the identifying of programme priorities and offering substantive recommendations to the regional leadership in the development of positioning of their administration.
Support partnerships and external relations efforts by undertaking research for partnership building and resource mobilization in the designated region.
Contributing to the development and review of knowledge products in close coordination with the regional team by analysing and sharing lessons learnt from programme evaluation.

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. 

Experience 

A minimum of five years of experience and results preferred in programme support, administrative, human resources, youth empowerment role, training, knowledge management, development, communications, international relations, capacity building, sport, women empowerment, public administration, public affairs, political science, international relations, economic affairs, social science, business administration, law, development studies, youth-led organizations or another relevant field.
