Key Responsibilities
Analyze client needs, do training need analysis (if required) and recommend innovative solutions for learning and content delivery
Consult with clients on suggested learning approach and methodology
Propose and design creative instructional direction for new and existing clients
Lead development of classroom and e-Learning content, by doing hands-on development as well as reviewing work of other instructional designers and ensuring timelines and quality of delivery within budget
Create learning solutions that have an impact on the business/organizational goals of the client
Outline and conceive design plans, strategies, and solutions for clients, working with Design and Technology teams to determine how to implement them
Work with internal teams to create and maintain knowledge repositories of learning model, learning solutions, and templates
Content creation will be for Various segments- Corporates, CSR, Educational institutes(School, Colleges and Universities etc) and skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Essential Attributes
5-10 years of experience in the field of Learning & Development*
Experience in Learning Needs Analysis*
Experience in instructional design and curriculum design – learning solutions, including instructor led programs, virtual, blended, eLearning, mobile, and assessments*
Cross Sector Content Development experience, preferred: Banking; Insurance FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail… Minimum 2 sectors out of mentioned*
Understands end to end content process- TNA/CVS, Instructional and curriculum design, development (includes creation of- Design document, Content, FAC guide, activity charters, Workbooks, feedback forms, Pre/Post Quiz, Post Training report… etc) and review process*
Experience in evaluating and presenting post training impacts on the contents/curriculums created
