Manager, Financial Analysis

What You’ll Do for Us:

Partner with Senior Finance Director to manage all ECAF activities at the Franchise Unit level, to drive alignment across multiple senior stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities.
Support financial evaluation and partner with Franchise Finance team on Innovations including development of Value Chains.
Support routines such as: Actual reporting , Long Range Plan, Business Plan Rolling Estimate and PL analysis.
Franchise Finance Gate keeper lead for Innovations. Co-Ordinate the preparation for GATE meetings; set up meetings to review value chains/Business cases with Franchise Finance team .
Responsible for System Net Sales Revenue Analysis and Reporting.
Lead Accounts Receivable for the Franchise i.e Engaging Accounts Receivables Team, Senior Finance Managers, Finance Director, Franchise Team and Bottling Partners on past dues.
Responsible for OPEX management for the Franchise i.e Managing OPEX reports and queries with Finance Hub/Genpact team ; coordinating OPEX BP and REs as required.
Maintain critical metrics and files on Finance Database e.g Price Tracker, System Financials etc.
Communicate effectively within and outside of the organization, explaining facts, policies, practices, and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

University Degree (Bachelor) or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of prior relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Proven experience in analysing financial data, and forecasting results.
Experience within consumer goods/FMCG is an added advantage
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
Experience in performance management for business P&L and providing relevant analytics and actionable insights.
Proven track record in supporting annual business plans and long-range plans in collaboration with functional teams.
Deep understanding of the financials and system economics comprising the Bottlers, customers, marketing agencies through the lens of categories, packages, brands, and the competitive landscape.
Demonstrated ability to make improvements or recommend enhancements of processes, systems, or products to enhance performance.
