We are currently working with one of the major international professional services firms and their operations in Bermuda. We are supporting them in a search for a Manager hire to join their audit quality team. The primary focus is financial services clients, so FS and insurance experience would be greatly considered.
The ideal candidate will have between 5-10 years of experience working within internal audit and quality management, preferably within a Big 4 firm, major consulting business or financial services firm.
Strong experience of US GAAP, PCAOB & SEC, as well as knowledge of internal controls and procedures is necessary. Experience of client/engagement onboarding, conflict and independence checking and drafting engagement terms and conditions is also a must.
The ideal candidate would have a degree in a relevant field (such as accounting quality or risk management).
