Management Trainee – Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee, fresh from university, to join our Human Resources team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while developing skills in HR practices. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to the success of our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Collaborate with the HR team to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels (online platforms, campus recruitment, etc.).
Conduct initial candidate assessments and help with scheduling and organizing interviews.
Learn and implement HR systems and tools for managing candidate pipelines.
Support recruitment events, including career fairs and on-campus hiring drives.
Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and assist with employee orientation.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

Recent university graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A keen interest in recruitment and human resources functions.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
