Position Scope
Reporting to the respective department/section Managers, the successful applicants will undergo a six months intensive on the job training under a fast tracked development program. The Trainees will join a diverse team ofprofessionals in delivering high quality services to our stakeholders while creating long term value for the entire organization.
The program is designed to give the trainees exposure to various functions of the businesswhile participating in challenging work assignments. Upon successful completion of the program, the trainees maybe considered for substantive appointment within the organizational establishment.
Qualifications for the Management Trainee Job
Hold a first degree from a reputable University with specialization in any of the following fields: Business Administration/ Agriculture Economics/ Agribusiness, Civil Engineering/Building Construction/Construction/Management/Building Economics or Architecture, Law/Legal Studies, Human Resources Management, ICT, Commerce or related field (Marketing Option)Sound and System Engineering, Finance and Accounting, Audit and Risk Management
Computer literacy and familiarity with the standard office applications;
Be aged not more than 28 years.
Individuals who graduated not more than three (3) years ago in the above varied disciplines of study, with at least Upper Second Class Honor’s from a reputable University are invited to apply. They should have attained aminimum of C+ in KCSE or its equivalent.
