Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is a plus.
Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar financial analysis role, with a strong focus on data management and Excel expertise.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA programming.
Strong financial analysis skills to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Business acumen and a deep understanding of the organization’s business model, industry dynamics, and market trends.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions and data-driven recommendations.
Effective communication and presentation skills to clearly convey financial information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with accounting software and financial management systems. Experience with SAP is a plus.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with finance and accounting best practices.
Data security awareness and a strong sense of integrity when handling sensitive financial data.
Adaptability to changing business conditions and adjusting financial strategies accordingly.
Critical thinking skills to assess situations objectively and evaluate financial risks.
