Role Objective
To contact Teleperformance employees (current and former) to facilitate recovery of the IT equipment.
To process all contact cases and record the results accurately.
To liaise with designated teams/parties involved regarding equipment recoveries.
To provide detailed information regarding employee asset management cases and resolutions.
Provide miscellaneous MI reporting in relation to Logistics operations and trend analysis.
Ensure productivity targets and deadlines (SLA’s) are achieved.

Experience:
Proven experience of working effectively as part of a team.
Proven experience of effectively following designated procedures.
Proven experience of data input / administration preferred but not essential.
Proven ability to meet productivity targets and deadlines (SLA’s).
Proven ability to understand instructions and follow them.
Proven ability to pay close attention to detail.
Experience of working in a contact centre environment.
Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, or a related field
C2 English speaker with strong vocabulary and articulate in speech, very confident to engage with U.K. residents and English speakers in other countries. Strong ability to persuade and deal effectively with those of different viewpoint.
Strong willingness to immerse in other cultures.
