Local Human Resource Manager

More than 8 years of work experience in HR;
Possess a professional human resources knowledge system and be able to independently manage human resources;
Be able to flexibly handle the relationship between employees and the company, train corporate culture, and promote company unity;
It is best to have work experience in Chinese-funded enterprises (this is not required)
Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Human resource management
Knowledge and various tools of modern human resource development and management, and master system design methods and techniques such as human resource selection, salary, benefits, performance, incentives, and training. 
Knowledge to Manage the company’s employee relations, optimize the human resource environment, reduce labor-management risks, provide strategic employee relations guidance for business departments, optimize the company’s employee management system and establish a mechanism for coordinating company and employee relationships; responsible for company’s human resource information management and Staff file management
