Lenana Restaurant Manager Registered Clinical Officer – CCC Clinical Lead

Position Summary:
The Officer shall be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Lenana Restaurant and ensuring excellent customer service by managing the inventory, training and supervising the staff, and maintaining a positive, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Diploma in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role for more than one year
Proven customer service experience as a manager
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of inventory management and experience creating schedules
Ability to manage and motivate staff
Experience with budgeting and financial planning is a plus
Acute financial management skills
