Legal Clerk Pharm Technician HRO & Admin

Qualifications

Diploma required/ degree in legal studies preferred.
Prior experience in a legal assistant or clerk role is an advantage. 
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with legal software is a plus.
Legal certifications (such as Paralegal certification) would be an added advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

Organize, file, and manage legal documents.
Assist in legal research and prepare summaries.
Support case preparation and court filing processes.
Coordinate schedules and manage communications within the legal team.
Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Basic understanding of legal research tools and online databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
Experience with legal management software or document management systems is beneficial.
