Job Summary
Our client is looking for a strategic and people-driven Lead Human Resource to oversee talent management, employee engagement, and labor relations. In this role, you’ll develop and implement HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring a positive and compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Management
Oversee the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to exit.
Ensure smooth payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
Implement and enforce HR policies across all business units.
Lead HR compliance audits and ensure adherence to labor regulations.
Talent Management & Development
Develop and implement talent strategies, including succession planning and leadership development.
Design and execute learning programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
Identify high-potential employees and create structured career progression frameworks.
Partner with department heads to address talent gaps and implement effective solutions.
Oversee performance management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Talent Engagement & Employee Experience
Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost workplace satisfaction.
Conduct employee feedback surveys, analyze trends, and implement action plans.
Develop recognition programs that motivate and retain top talent.
Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts to create a more inclusive workplace.
Support internal communication strategies that reinforce company culture and values.
Industrial & Employee Relations
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and employee representative bodies, including unions.
Manage and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in compliance with labor laws.
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade unions and employee associations.
Negotiate and implement collective bargaining agreements.
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, including terminations and redundancies.
Requirements
Key Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certification (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
Strong understanding of labor laws and industrial relations.
Proven experience handling union negotiations and labor disputes.
