Idea Candidate should have:
Bachelors/Masters in Human Resource or related field
Energetic, creative and self-starter.
The ability to communicate effectively at an organisation level.
Knowledge of SAP.
Ability to work at cross functional level.
5-8 years of full-time experience in Employee Engagement
Roles & Responsibilities:
Executing a full range of HR duties from strategy to program design to problem-solving.
Creating and owning innovative initiatives to enhance the employee experience in support of successful execution of company’s objectives.
Administering our rewards and recognition programs and platforms
Executing and coordinating various employee surveys; administering survey platforms.
Reporting results and proposing course of action based on surveys.
Formatting and maintaining an internal employee engagement channel with updated communications and activities.
Publishing quarterly calendars mapping special events, weekly huddles, all hands, monthly bday / anniversary celebrations, town halls, MVP awards, holiday events, etc.
Publishing monthly/quarterly internal news letter informing everyone on the happenings in Bidco and upcoming events and other internal news.
Tracking and maintaining engagement metrics to measure program effectiveness, communicating results to the Board Members.
Developing a leadership development program to build the next group of leaders at Bidco.
Partnering with IR Lead and business leaders to develop proactive and positive employee and labour relations strategies and initiatives that drive business objectives.
Administering Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
Supporting recruiting and employee development.
Administer and monitor effective Culture and Employee Engagement onboarding of new joiners and keep improving the same over the period.
Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and programs for employees in all our locations.
Organizing and leading weekly huddles and all hands meetings including defining agenda (aligning with Value Stream Leaders, Shared Services Leaders on key topics) and coordinate.
Providing administrative support to the HR Team as needed.
Staying up to date on current trends around culture and employee engagement.
