Well versed with all cleaning, hygiene & sanitation process and procedures.
Have strong knowledge about all the chemical to be used and stored.
Able to draw out proper cleaning procedures and training standards to maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in the kitchens and other assigned areas and is well versed with HACCP procedures.
Can provide food service and production equipment in excellent performance condition for the food and beverage department.
Able to make the operational par stocks of the food and beverage operations equipment and to forecast the consumption of these equipment.
Able to plan yearly requirements of china, glassware, silverware and kitchen equipment and to order them for the hotel.
