Key Accounts Manager Customer Success & Product Adoption Sales Manager Certified Partners Manager

Responsibilities

Owning and achieving the business goals and objectives by creating and nurturing large partners, Government institutes, apex trade bodies ecosystem.
Lead the direct account team on field.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Continuous exploration and creation of large opportunities by directly engaging with strategic entities, trade bodies and Govt organizations.
Drive pilot initiatives, MOUs, sales and product implementation in these strategic entities

Requirements

Degree in Sales/Marketing.
Experience in handling Government institutes, associations, trade bodies etc.
5-7 years in a similar role.
Strong communication skills.
Team Management.
Experience in managing direct sales and indirect sales operations in IT Sector
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
