We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, managing key accounts, and implementing innovative solutions to meet client needs within the travel management industry.

Key Responsibilities will include: –

Business Development
Customer Relationship Management

Qualifications & Competencies:

Key Account Management
Tender & Bid Preparation
A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
4+ years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on business development and client acquisition.
Strong knowledge of corporate travel management (air tickets, visas, hotels, travel tech).
Proven success in cold calling, prospecting, and securing clients.
Experience preparing competitive bids and tenders.
High integrity, self-motivation, and accountability.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and make decisions under pressure.
Market intelligence and regional business insights.
Familiarity with travel industry tech solutions is a plus
