KEMSA IL Coordinator

Responsibilities Include

Overall coordination of the third-party verification exercise
Act as the liaison between the team and the parties involved
Responsible for quality control to ensure all deliverables meet the required specifications and standards
Liaising with the Team Leader in managing deadlines and progress to ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget

Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent in Health Systems Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with proven national/international experience in project management, organizational development, leadership, and governance
Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and negotiate with tact and diplomacy
Proven experience in leadership/leading teams
Proven experience in coordination of stakeholders from diverse fields
Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
Excellent command of written and spoken English
