In this role, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff, gaining hands-on experience across multiple business functions, including procurement, retail, construction, and regenerative agriculture. Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Management & Strategic Execution:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking progress on key company initiatives.
Support cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of strategic projects.
Conduct research and provide insights to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
Data Analysis & Insights Generation:
Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Develop actionable insights that drive business improvements and decision-making.
Present findings in a structured manner to support various departments.
Executive-Level Presentation & Reporting:
Create compelling presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate key findings.
Summarize complex data and strategies into clear, concise visuals for senior leadership.
Support in preparing materials for high-level meetings and strategic discussions.
Skills and qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in project management, business analysis, or data analytics is a plus.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Jira).
Ability to conduct research, interpret data, and generate actionable insights.
Communication & Presentation:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create clear, visually appealing presentations and reports using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools.
Confidence in summarizing complex data for executive decision-making
