Responsibilities
Provide accurate and prompt on-the phone technical & troubleshooting support to clients
Do computer repair, printer servicing and repair as well as the ETR machines.
Generate daily activity and status reports in the ETR Department
Participate in basic integration of TIMS devices
Install and program ETR machines on behalf of the company.
Service and repair of the machines.
Offer technical sales services.
Participate in TIMS devices basic trainings
Timely responding to customers RFQs in the ETR department sharing daily and weekly reports
Acknowledging, responding and resolving promptly to customers inquiries via phone, emails and chats
Familiarizing yourself with company products to effectively respond to clients enquiries
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, complaints and solutions offered
Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
Maintaining positive and professional attitude towards customer at all times
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Sharing daily follow up reports and departmental reports
Managing and supervising staff in the ETR department on their daily activities
Any other duty to be assigned by the management within the normal running of business operations
Assisting in the generation of job cards and filing
Any other duty assigned
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
A bachelor’s degree/diploma in marketing, business IT and any other related field.
Should be business oriented and quick to learn.
Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
Excellent team player, motivational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
