Duties and Responsibilities
Raising and processing invoices using our ERP system.
Assisting in the opening of new customer accounts, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
Managing customer credit control, including monitoring overdue accounts and following up on outstanding payments.
Scanning and storing invoices electronically for efficient record-keeping.
Monitoring and advising on stock levels using the ERP system.
Communicating effectively with the production and dispatch teams regarding stock requirements and availability.
Booking customer orders and ensuring they are dispatched on a first-in, first-served basis
Assisting in tracking and reconciling orders to maintain accurate records.
Participating in periodic stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
Assisting in reconciling any discrepancies found during stock takes.
Filing of accounting documents and other important documents of the company.
Assisting in any other administrative functions of the office as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an added advantage.
CPA Level 2 or 3
2 years previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Proficiency in using ERP systems is a plus.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
