IT Support Specialist

Solidicon is seeking an experienced, all-round knowledgeable IT Technical Support agent to join our technical support team. The position entails providing technical support and performing operational tasks to keep our infrastructure and services in tip-top shape. Key Responsibilities: 

Providing technical support to customers through the various written channels offered; 
Documenting all requests and incidents in the ticketing system according to internal procedures; 
Creating and maintaining documentation for agents and customers; 
Resolving customer requests and incidents efficiently and comprehensively; 
Ensure every customer feels valued, supported, and well taken care of; 

Requirements: 

Completed higher education in the field; or have equivalent experience; 
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;  
Minimum conversational level of English;  
Nice to have, French conversation and writing skills. 
Excellent communication skills;  
Familiar with Advanced Windows OS configuration & troubleshooting, analyzing various logs, software troubleshooting, cloud hosted services and principles;  
Maintaining cloud infrastructure 
Available to work in 8-hour shifts to cover 24/7 schedule.
