Job Description
Position’s primary focus may will be computer operations, user and desktop support (hardware and software), helpdesk, and records keeping. Performs technology support duties to ensure smooth delivery of technology services. Monitors, operates, or coordinates and assists others in the operation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals in order to achieve desired results.
Responsibilities
Installation of computers systems; repair and support
Set up and configures desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security level
Help develop and maintain IT documentation, processes and procedures
Administers user accounts;
Designs and produces basic reports;
General network installations, setting up and administration
Manage all company backups and assist in disaster recovery process
Ensure IT systems security
Train users on IT system
End user support
Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Qualifications
Graduate from College / University
At least 3-4 years of experience working with database systems Oracle and SQL Server
Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows on both desktops and servers
Server: Windows 2012 and 2016
Ability to diagnose and problem solve
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Self-motivated
Ability to work on own and under pressure
Good time management, well organized with the ability to priorities
Microsoft qualification an advantage but not essential
