IT Sales Specialist

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Sales Specialist at Techminds Technologies Limited. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as IT sales, lead generation, account management, and communication. The role is located in Nairobi County, Kenya.
Responsibilities:

Engaging with clients to build strong relationships and understand their business and technology needs.
Promoting Techminds products and services to allocated accounts and prospective clients.
Collaborating with technical and presales engineers to develop client roadmaps and create bill of materials.
Ensuring timely submission of quality proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
Supporting high client satisfaction through proactive sales engagements.
Contributing to account planning for strategic accounts and aligning sales strategy with company objectives.
Driving the sales and presales cycles to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery.
Achieving sales targets and maintaining accurate sales forecasting.
Participating in departmental administrative functions and maintaining good relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients.

Qualifications

IT Sales and Information Technology skills
Experience in lead generation and account management
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in the technology industry preferred
Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
