We are looking for an IT Sales Executive responsible for identifying and selling to prospective clients, building and maintaining relationships through different contact modes to enhance the demand for ICT Africa products.
Job Responsibilities
Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information for submission in the set format.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Establish customer requirements and present appropriate solutions to make a sale.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Qualifications
We wish to discuss this role with a graduate in Sales & Marketing or IT Related Field, three-year experience in selling IT products and solutions, proposal writing.
You must have excellent communication skills, client relationship management, prospecting skills and sales planning skills.
