IT Manager

Responsibilities

Manage information technology and computer systems
Manage IT, and technical team, to support the organization’s IT equipment including gaming-related equipment and office equipment.
Control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages
Manage IT, staff, by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance
Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures
Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Audit systems and assess their outcomes
Preserve assets, information security, and control structures
Run regular checks on network and data security
Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
Design training programs and workshops for staff
Conduct regular system audits
Run and share regular operation system reports with senior staff
Manage and report on the allocation of the IT budget
Work along with the Slots department, bringing IT support.
Perform audits, checkups to the Slots system, and connections to improve it
Update network map, assets inventory, licensing allocation

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related fields.
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems
Hands-on experience with computer networks (Cisco and Ubiquiti; UniFi, Time Machine, Edgeand Wireguard), network administration (ManageEngine, SNMP, WireShark, SysLog, Graphana), network installation (Structured Network (UTP), Fiber, Network Topology, physical cabling troubleshooting) and network analysis (Packet Inspection, Traffic Shaper, and Switching)
Databases management skills: Data management – Filtering, binding, and transforming and Data Base Engines namely MSSQL, MySQL, CSV, and MariaDB
Ability to manage personnel
Organized, works under pressure, self-manageable
