As an IT Help Desk Engineer, you will provide IT support for corporate applications (CRM, Microsoft Office 365) and devices, manage hardware assets (Windows, Mac), and oversee user access to internal services. You’ll also liaise with external IT suppliers, monitor IT infrastructure and cybersecurity events, and maintain corporate systems by applying updates, security patches, and reviewing configurations. Additionally, you will ensure accurate documentation and record solutions in the company Wiki.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience
Fluent in English
End-user device administration: Windows & Apple laptops, Microsoft Office suite
Microsoft 365 Infrastructure: Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange Online, DNS & DHCP servers
Virtualization & Server Infrastructure: ProxMox, Veeam Backup, Windows, Linux, scripting in PowerShell & Python
Other Systems: Web server administration (WordPress), cloud-hosted applications (HubSpot, Jira, Celoxis)
Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
Pragmatic and solution-driven approach to problem-solving
Self-motivated, structured, and organized work ethic
Willingness to support and engage with non-technical users
