A successful and well-established Financial Services and Fund Administrator company based in Nairobi, Kenya is looking for an experienced Senior Investment Manager to join their team. With almost a century of success and a network expanding across most of the East Africa region, the successful candidate is sure to be joining an industry leader. The company is looking to diversify its offerings and investments so needs an experienced individual to take ownership of the Investment department. You will have the opportunity to build and expand your own team while working hand in hand with highly qualified and experienced individuals within the business. You will take responsibility for performing financial due diligence, developing investment policies, creating financial models, provide insight and advise with regards to transactions and investments, compiling financial projections, provide updates on financial markets, conduct market research as well as ensuring that all investment compliance regulations are met.
Education:
Completed Master’s degree within relevant field / Completed CFA certification
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 7 years’ experience within a Investment Manager / Fund Manager role
Experience gained within the Investment Banking sector – highly advantageous
Highly skilled in building financial models and Expert Microsoft Excel skills
Experienced in presenting / negotiating at senior levels
