Intellecap is expanding its Investment Banking practice in East Africa
We invite professionals with 7-12 years of relevant IB experience.
The potential candidate will help:
Develop and implement the new business plan for the Investment Banking business in East Africa.
Origination and successful execution of private equity, debt and or M&A transactions.
Develop and manage institutional relationships with potential clients and Investors/ Financial Institutions.
The potential candidate shall bring:
Experience in Investment Banking for companies, preferably in one or more of Intellecap’s focus sectors (Financial Services, Healthcare, Climate, Food & Agri).
Transaction experience across Private Equity and/ or Debt raising.
Experience across M&A is a plus.
Expert knowledge of the local financial/banking market(s) in East Africa.
Has built strong relationships with clients and investors locally.
MBA or CPA or CFA.
