Investigation Officer

Responsibilities for the Investigation Officer Job
Investigate all cases referred to him by the company and submit conclusive reports to the management.
Frequent liaison with the police to ensure quick closing of cases
Immediately advising the management on the possibility of compensation to the client
Advising the management on any intelligence information likely to affect the performance of the guards within the company.
Participate in Training of guards at the assignments when needed, on the following:-
Crime prevention
Giving evidence in court
Securing scenes of crime
Limitations on powers of arrest of a private person
Keep proper records of all statements recorded and avail them to the management when needed.
Maintain crime/incidents statistics on the happenings in the field and advice the management for further deliberation
Qualifications for the Investigation Officer Job
Must be at least a KCSE graduate with C- and above.
Must have served either Police or Military at the rank of a Corporal and above.
Must have had at least 5 years experience in the investigation field out of which 2 years must be in a commercial set up.
Aged between 30 to 45 Years of age
Must be a team Player
Able to communicate well in English.(Both oral and written)
Be ready to be deployed to any part of the country for special assignments within a short notice.
