Our client is seeking a highly skilled and visionary International Apparels Marketing Director to oversee all marketing activities for our global apparel brand. This role will require a strong understanding of the fashion industry, a deep knowledge of marketing strategies, and expertise in leveraging emerging technologies such as virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI) for fashion fitting solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, expanding market share, and designing innovative customer experiences across all segments, including legacy and modern channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop Global Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for all segments, including legacy and modern channels, to enhance brand visibility and drive sales globally. Identify key target markets, consumer trends, and competitor analysis to inform marketing initiatives.
Virtual Reality Interactive and AI Fashion Fitting Solution: Design and implement a state-of-the-art virtual reality interactive and artificial intelligence fashion fitting solution for all shops in malls and high traffic locations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless and immersive customer experience that enhances brand engagement and increases conversion rates.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and brand image across all marketing channels globally. Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards for all marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
Marketing Campaigns and Advertising: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and experiential marketing. Collaborate with internal creative teams, external agencies, and media partners to create compelling and impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Market Research and Consumer Insights: Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape. Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, retail operations, and sales, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking of expenses. Monitor ROI and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience (8+ years) in apparel marketing, preferably in an international or global capacity.
Strong understanding of the fashion industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Demonstrated experience in leveraging emerging technologies, such as virtual reality and artificial intelligence, for fashion fitting solutions.
Solid knowledge of integrated marketing strategies, including digital marketing, social media, experiential marketing, and traditional advertising.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
Experience managing budgets and achieving marketing goals within allocated resources.
Innovative and forward-thinking mindset, with a passion for exploring new marketing trends and technologies.
