Deliverables
A final report and/or presentation of the projects will be presented to an internal Worldreader committee at a determined date closer to the end of the projects.
Qualifications

Must be a resident and undergraduate student at a recognized university in Kenya (for example, Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences such as Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology is preferable) or/and a Communications program
Exposure to SBCC interventions or academic understanding on the topic would be an asset
Marketing, Communication strategy and Advertising background is advantageous
Knowledge of research methods (quantitative and qualitative) with familiarity in developing forms and tools
Knowledge of developing and executing behavior change concepts would be an asset. Ability to craft basic designs in Canva, photoshop or InDesign is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills required, including strong communication ability
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
Independent, self- starter, with innovative ideas and drive to develop new initiative
Bold, Respectful, Collaborative, Tactful and Diplomacy
Commitment to time frame
Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment
Must have own computer and reliable internet connection
