Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents. 
Job Description

Book invoices in Tipalti system
Initiate payments via online platforms like Mpesa
Daily posting of financial transactions in NetSuite, Adaptive and checking ledgers for accuracy
Ensures that statutory payments are filed and paid within the stipulated timelines: NHIF, NSSF, PAYE, NITA & other taxes
Reviewing accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information
Implements and enforces internal financial controls
Attend to audit issues
Filing of financial documents as per the company policy
Any other duties that may be assigned to you.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline from a recognized university.
CPA II  or its equivalent is an added advantage
Good communication skills
Strong numeracy, analytical, strategy, and research skills
Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially, Word and Excel Good knowledge of any accounting software preferable NetSuite
Must have a high level of integrity
An enthusiastic individual with outstanding problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail—ability to analyze data and proactively identify and address issues
An initiative taker who enjoys working independently once you receive clear directions from the manager
Passionate about social impact
