Intern, Customer Service

ABOUT YOU:
You are curious and excited to work in a Start-up set up to help us scale.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls 
Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism 
Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues 
Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Diploma in a related field or higher 
Work experience: Entry level
Have own and operational laptop
Job Location: Along Thika Road, Nairobi. We prefer persons in close vicinity.
Must be able to work from home/office
Job Type: Based on work shifts
Knowledge of computers, and IT systems
