Role Summary :
This is a great opportunity to take ownership and grow with Kenya’s leading non-bank lender. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue through the sale of our Insurance Premium Financing (IPF) product.
Key Responsibilities :

Driving sales through recruiting and retaining agents.
Mobilization of marketing strategies for the team to source new clients.
Development of action plans for individual team members to drive revenue generation.
Identify training needs for the team through gap analysis.
