Information Technology Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor activity i.e., network, system and/or application and resource usage and taking corrective action where necessary to resolve problems including optimizing performance, capacity planning and management
Ensure all IT tickets and tasks are completed within the recommended SLA
Ensure entry, update and follow up on IT support requests/management systems.
Proactively identify and provide recommendations for process and technology improvements and actively participate in IT service improvement activities
Monitor, assess, fix and upgrade system and application issues so that the system functions uninterruptedly.
Logging information about IT issue correspondences into the company’s system to keep a record of actions.

Education/Experience Needed:

Bachelor of Science (Computer Science, IT) certification in either or any combination of database systems, networking, hardware, or programming.
Microsoft Certified IT Professional/CCNA/ITIL Certifications are a plus
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Skills and Abilities Required:

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
Experience with Backups, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows server environments
Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, CRM and call recording software
Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Strong communication and analytical skills
Quick judgment
Proactivity and self-motiva
