Reporting to the Director, Scheduled Sciences, the Chief Analyst will undertake the following
Responsibilities

Develop draft policy briefs for advisory and priority setting within Infrastructure,
Implement programmes for the promotion and awareness creation on the research system within
Infrastructure, Information and Communication Sciences;
Propose priority programmes for the development of Infrastructure, Information and
Provide input into the review of applications for registration of research institutions and licensing of research
projects in Infrastructure, Information and Communication Sciences;
Provide secretariat to the Infrastructure, Information and Communication Sciences
Prepare position papers in Infrastructure, Information and Communication Sciences;

Requirements

Bachelors degree in any Engineering field, Computer Science, Architectural Sciences and Construction Management, or equivalent from a recognized university;
Masters degree in any Engineering field, specified in (i) above or equivalent from a recognized university;
At least ten (10) years relevant work experience in a public or private institution
At least three (3) years’ experience in management
Demonstrated results in work performance
Membership to a relevant professional body where applicable
Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution; and

Demonstrate the following key competencies and skills:
