Role Description
This is a remote role for an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) at Ndovu.
The IFA will help Ndovu find and sign up new clients for our investment products.
Share information about Ndovu’s services and explain how our products can help clients grow their money.
Support clients through the sign-up process, including helping them with forms and getting them set up on the platform.
Be available to assist clients after they’ve invested, answering any questions and guiding them as they manage their accounts.
Keep clients informed about new investment options, updates from the market, and any important news from Ndovu.
Follow Ndovu’s guidelines on how to present and sell our products, while also making sure all activities meet industry rules and regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a financial advisor, sales agent, or similar role within the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of investment products such as money market funds, ETFs, shares, and commodities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in Kenya’s financial services sector.
Relevant certifications such as CFP or CFA preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
