Detailed Description for the In-flight Performance Job
Manage implementation of safety and security standards and procedures that comply with company vision and mission.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and conformity to company safety, security & quality standards and procedures.
Conduct regular on-board audits/inspections to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of safety and security standards while enhancing guest experience.
Ensure proper utilization of in-flight utilities to guard against misuse, wastage and damage.
Develop, monitor and review an in-flight product and service delivery standard that guarantees customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare, analyse and monitor crew data to optimize productivity.
Develop cabin crew grooming standards and ensure conformance to company set standards.
Ensure crew motivation, efficiency and well-being.
Undertake corrective and preventive actions identified during quality and safety audits, investigations or other internal reporting mechanisms within the agreed time-frame.
