Your Role:
KOKO Sasa is a service that gives our existing customers the option to instantly swap their empty KOKO canister for a full canister of KOKO fuel at participating Agents.
As a KOKO Sasa Implementation Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful deployment of KOKO Sasa to existing Agents. You will provide on-field training of KOKO Sasa during the deployment. You will also provide field support to the Agents when need be. You will need to achieve targets related to enrolling and managing KOKO Sasa at Agent shops.
What You Will Do:
Deploying the KOKO Sasa starter pack to already existing Agents and ensuring that KOKO Sasa canisters in the starter pack are filled and displayed
Assist in the initial training of new KOKO Sasa Agents
Train KOKO Sasa Agents on-ground to do both cash and credit swaps as well as refill training.
Ensure KOKO Sasa Agent shops are branded and the display is done optimally
Help build the overall efficiency and value of KOKO Sasa by collaborating with internal support and development teams and continuously looking for innovative ways to grow the service.
Ensure effective execution of all KOKO Sasa processes to enable a positive Agent and customer experience
Engage collaboratively with in-house Agent and customer support teams
What You Will Bring to KOKO:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in a business-related area of study
1+ years experience in a similar position ideally from FMCG or Telco
Commercial acumen
Good planning and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
Comfort role modeling behaviors in line with KOKO culture, including leadership, professionalism, customer orientation, safety consciousness, and innovation
