We are looking for qualified ICT trainer to be engaged on full time basis.
Job Purpose:
To provide high quality education to students pursuing various ICT courses at the institution.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Information Communication Technology or Computer Science from a reputable and recognized institution.
Possession of diploma in the above course will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 1 year experience as an ICT trainer/Instructor.
Ability to manage busy workload and consistently meet deadlines.
Knowledge in preparing teaching professional documents such as lesson plans and schemes of work.
High level of computer skills.
Excellent communication skills and strong command of English language.
Commitment to vision and Mission of Kenyaplex Institute of Technology.
Ability to work as a team member.
Possession of leadership and decision making skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide high quality training to students.
Administer exams and CATS to students periodically.
Carry out periodic assessment on students and identify weak areas.
Provide guidance and counselling to students.
Prepare notes, schemes of work and lessons plans relevant to the subjects assigned.
Brief the management on the progress and areas which need improvement.
Attend staff meetings when requested.
Ensure that the institution’s rules and regulations are upheld.
