Job Responsibilities
Deliver practical and theoretical training in Information Technology and Computer Science-related courses.
Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessments that align with the curriculum.
Guide and mentor students in projects, research, and practical assignments.
Conduct online and in-person training sessions.
Stay updated with emerging ICT trends and integrate them into training.
Evaluate student’s performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Maintain and manage computer labs, ensuring all equipment is functional.
Assist in curriculum development and improvement of ICT courses.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 1 year of teaching or industry experience in ICT training is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of programming languages, networking, database management, and software applications.
Proficiency in using e-learning tools and digital teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
