Sales: – Identify new business opportunities with key customers and work to expand the relationship. as well as secure large, profitable contracts and maintain high sales levels with key customers,
Structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients as well as assume responsibility for running a bid team, where relevant
ProjectS Identification: Determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated before producing a solution Management; overseeing a portfolio of clients or customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Customer Care: Responsible for coordinating the efforts of different departments within the company to ensure that the customer is receiving the best possible service

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Data Driven
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience and proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office and sale
