Reporting to the Networks Operations Manager the successful candidates will be responsible for providing 1st line support for the organizations IT infrastructure.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical / Computer / Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent

HP BAC usage training, CCIE, CCNP, CCNA
MCSE: Data Platform, Data Management & Analytics, Sharepoint, Enterpre Devices and Apps,Business Intelligence, Messaging, Communication, Productivity, Server Infrastructure, CloudPlatform and Infrastructure,  Private Cloud, Mobility.
Oracle  Enterprise Management Certifications, Oracle Database Certifications, Oracle Identity Management Certifications, Oracle Virtualization Certifications, Oracle Cloud Application Certifications, Oracle Business Intelligence Certifications, Oracle Applications Certifications
Red Hat Certified Admin certifications
IP contact center support(IPCC) training.
Unix/Linux training
Cloud Services support training
Competence on usage and support of Vmware Vcenter
Competence on usage and support of NPM Solarwinds
MS Exchange server support training & Certification
Oracle/MySQl/MSSQL training
Web Administration training & Certification
Support training for ERP IDM, POS and integration solutions
