Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT and business processes.
Support the development and implementation of ISO standards and best practices within client projects.
Collaborate with project teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data for various consulting engagements.
Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project documentation.
Assist in the organization and coordination of project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Provide administrative support to consultants as needed.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Recently graduated from a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of ITSM tools and concepts is a MUST.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
