ICT Administrator Customer Service Executive -Logistics

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular Data backups for the server and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, operating systems, and applications.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.
Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data.
Conduct regular security audits and respond to security incidents.
Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
Assist in the setup and configuration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Implement and manage data backup and recovery procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of critical data.
Test and validate backup systems regularly.
Configure and maintain network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Collaborate with vendors to procure hardware, software, and IT equipment.
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions based on Company needs.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Keep an inventory of hardware and software assets.
Work closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Communicate effectively with end-users to provide technical assistance and gather requirements.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on new systems, software, or processes.
Implement monitoring tools to track system performance and generate reports.
Provide regular reports on system health, incidents, and resolutions.

Skill & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and server administration.
Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of security best practices and protocols.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, CompTIA Server+) are a plus.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Network administration or system administration, report writing skills experience
Experience with scripting and automation tools
